We like to remember where it all started for Whistle Video and that was creating Real Estate videos whilst in New Zealand. So it was great to be commissioned recently for a series of Real Estate videos for Sheffield based company, Broomhill Property Shop.
They required the videos to showcase their larger student properties that were sometime difficult to fill to capacity. This is where video comes in really useful. A short video can show a potential tenant what the property has to offer without having to view. They can also easily share with their friends. This helps the estate agent; as they don't have to book in unnecessary viewings for large numbers of people.
Whistle Video filmed and edited a series of properties around Sheffield. We also created a number of Instagram versions as this is where a lot of Broomhill's potential tenants are now checking for available properties.
